We have been customers of Third Day Land Management Company for our weekly lawncare for a few months now. Paul and his crew have always been on time, efficient, and take excellent care of the yard even while avoiding my son’s occasional backyard mess of toys. We recently completed a small project of replacing the builder grade landscape design in front of our house to grass as it was getting difficult to keep up with after a few back surgeries. We have plans for a planter and some panels around the ac in the future but we couldn’t be more pleased with the result as it is now. Paul was very clear with the scope, the budget and the timeline. After a long HOA approval wait, he and his crew jumped in and got it all done in two days of intense work. He even trimmed our trees just in time for hurricane season. He is extremely knowledgeable of all the edible plants and trees in our yard and has carefully worked around them all. He was considerate enough to leave me all the excess dirt so I wouldn’t have to purchase a ton of topsoil for the future planter. He definitely went above and beyond our initial expectations.
